Recipe #20 Baked Perch with Carrots

My dad's birthday was 4/18. So I wanted to make him a dinner but my dad is a huge health nut so it was kinda hard for me to find something that didn't have alot of extra sauces in it. Well I found this one and modifed it a little!





INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound perch fillets, skin removed
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste



DIRECTIONS:

1. Place the fish fillets in a greased 13x9 pan.
2. Mix together the melted butter, lemon juice, and grated carrots in a seperate bowl and then pour over the fish.
3. Sprinkle with the thyme, and salt and pepper.
4. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the fish is flaky.
