INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pounds of round steak, cubed
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 packet of onion soup mix
- 1 can (10 oz) sliced mushrooms
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 (12oz) egg noodles
DIRECTIONS:
- Place cubed round steak in the bottom of the crock pot. Sprinkle with flour and coat all pieces of steak.
- Pour in onion soup mix, mushrooms, and tomatoes.
- Cover and cook on HIGH 4 to 6 hours. After it is done cooking stir in the sour cream.
- Cook the noodles on the stove and serve together.
