INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) Refrigerated package of chocolate chip cookie dough, softened (Or you can make a homemade chocolate chip recipe which is what I did the recipe is at the bottom)
- 1 can (12 fl. oz.) Evaporated milk
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) banana cream instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Chocolate Flavor Syrup, (optional)
- Semi- sweet mini chocolate chip morsels, (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 9-inch pie plate.
2. Press 20 squares of cookie dough* onto bottom and up side of prepared pie plate.
3. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown; flatten down with back of spoon to form pie shell. Cool completely on wire rack.
4. Beat milk and pudding mix according to package directions in small bowl; refrigerate for 5 minutes.

5. Spread 1 cup pudding over cookie crust (save remaining pudding for later use). Top pudding with bananas; spread with whipped topping. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set. Drizzle with chocolate syrup; top with morsels. Cut into wedges.
NOTE: May substitute 1 1/2 cups milk for Evaporated Milk.
*You will have 4 squares left. Refrigerate for future use or bake and enjoy!
Homemade chocolate chip cookies:
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons hot water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
NOTE: May substitute 1 1/2 cups milk for Evaporated Milk.
*You will have 4 squares left. Refrigerate for future use or bake and enjoy!

1. Place about half of the recipe into bottom of the greased pie pan and press it down and up the side. Should only be a thin layer!
2. Bake about 10 to 12 minutes or until it is firm.
