INGREDIENTS:
For cupcake:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablesppon vinegar
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1/4 cup butter
- 7 to 8 teaspoons of water (depending on how thick you want the frosting)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (16 oz) package powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients for the cupcakes together until moist and well blended.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Bake cupcakes for 20- 25 minutes.
- For frosting, mix everything (except the powdered sugar and raspberries.)
- Add powdered sugar, then raspberries.
