After it cooled and placed it into a tubberware container
INGREDIENTS:
- 2-3 pound roast
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 packet of onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix water with the onion soup mix in the crock pot. Add onion and the soup. Mix well. Then add salt and pepper. Finally place the roast in the crock pot and spoon some of the mixture over the roast.
- Cook on high 6 to 8 hours or on low 3 to 4.
