INGREDIENTS:
- 2 sticks butter, soften
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups raspberry jam
- 2/3 cups salted peanuts, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350. Grease a 13x9 pan.
- In a bowl mix together butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and peanut butter.
- Stir in flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Spread 2/3 of the mixture onto the bottom of the pan. Add the jelly and spread evenly. Drop the reminaing mixture on top of the jelly.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
