INGREDIENTS:
- 1 loaf of french bread, cut into 4 pieces and then sliced down the middle
- 2 steaks cut into strips
- 1 onion, sliced into rings
- 8 oz of mushrooms sliced
- 1 package of low fat sliced cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add a little olive oil to a skillet pan and fry up the steaks for a couples minutes.
2. Remove the steak and add the onions and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add the steak back to the pan and place onto the french bread and then add a piece of cheese.
4. Preheat oven to 450 and then place the sandwiches in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
