Recipe #58 Fruit Dip

My friend Brittany and her boyfriend came over for a movie night at our place and made a fruit dip. It was very addicting but I didn't feel bad for eating almost half of it because it is still kind of healty if you use low fat cream cheese. Jon's parents came over for dinner so I made this for an appetizer... there were no leftovers!



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
  • 3 drops almond extract (The orginally called for vanilla but I made my own changes)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a mixing bowl or food processor, combine the cream cheese and marshmallow creme . Blend until smooth. Add the vanilla. Continue blending until the mixture is thick and creamy.
