INGREDIENTS:
- 2 CANS (14.5 OZ EACH) DICED TOMATOES
- 1 CAN (4 OZ) GREEN CHILES
- 1/4 CUP GREEN ONION, CHOPPED
- 1/4 CUP FRESH PARSLEY
- 2 TABLESPPONS OF LEMON JUICE
- 1/8 TEASPOON PEPPER
- 1 GARLIC CLOVE, MINCED
- 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
DIRECTIONS:
- DRAIN TOMATOES, RESERVING ONLY 1/4 CUP OF THE JUICE. COMBINE EVERYTHING TOGETHER INCLUDING THE 1/4 CUP OF JUICE AND CHILL FOR 4 HOURS COVERED. SERVE WITH WHOLE GRAIN TORTILLA CHIPS.
