Recipe #70 Lasagna Roll Ups

These are so good! They are individual lasagna so much better portion control and also easy to serve! This is a great recipe that you will enjoy! I made alot of changes to my taste buds.



INGREDIENTS:


  •  1/4 cup chopped onion
  •  1 pound of ground beef
  •  2 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 (16 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • dash paprika
  •  2 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  •  2 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • DIRECTIONS:

    1. In a skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is no longer pink; drain.
    2. Add tomatoes, salt, oregano and paprika; simmer for 10 minutes.
    3. Spoon half of the meat sauce into a greased 9-in. square baking dish. combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley and onion powder; spread 1/4 cupful on each noodle.
    4. Carefully roll up and place seam side down over meat sauce. Top with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 375 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
