Recipe #60 Buffalo Chicken Dip

My boyfriend makes the best Buffalo Chicken Dip! I normally don't like spicy foods but you add how much hot suace you want that suites your taste buds. This is a must have for any party!




INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup pepper sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot®)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat chicken in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Remove from heat and put in 13 by 9 pan and set aside.
  2. Stir cream cheese and ranch dressing in a seperate skillet until combined well. Mix in the shredded cheese, stir until combined. Sprinkle the chicken with the pepper sauce and then pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken. Stir well.
  3. Serve with celery sticks and crackers.
