Recipe #23 Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

So I made an onion dip a couple weeks ago and I had to buy Lipton's onion soup mix. Well there are two packets of onion mix in the box and on the box there are some recipes. Well they had the beef stroganoff recipe on the box so I decided with my extra packet of onion soup mix I would make it. It turned out really good and it was soooo yummy!

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 pounds of round steak, cubed
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 packet of onion soup mix
  • 1 can (10 oz) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 (12oz) egg noodles

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place cubed round steak in the bottom of the crock pot. Sprinkle with flour and coat all pieces of steak.
  2. Pour in onion soup mix, mushrooms, and tomatoes.
  3.  Cover and cook on HIGH 4 to 6 hours. After it is done cooking stir in the sour cream.
  4. Cook the noodles on the stove and serve together.

BON APPETIT!!!
