Recipe #45 Homemade creamy garlic dressing

I love to try new things... I take it on as a challenge no matter how small. So when I was flipping through my cookbook I saw this recipe and thought I would give it a try! The first night you really couldn't taste the garlic but it is best the second night so make it the night before!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons milk (to thin it out)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Stir the mayonnaise, sour cream, white vinegar, garlic, ground mustard, basil, salt and milk together.
2. Cover and chill at least 12 hours.

BON APPETIT!!!!
