Recipe #75 Lemon Caper Tuna Salad

Sometimes when I make dinner I don't always have leftovers for lunch the next day. So I will try a tuna salad or egg salad sandwich because it is quick and easy. But I have been getting sick of the same tuna salad recipes, so this is what I found... with some changes!




INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 can of tuna, 7oz, drained
  • 3 tablespoons of mayo
  • 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix everything together!
