Recipe #79 Swedish Meatballs


I got this recipe from a co worker and it is to die for! It is super easy and not expensive! They are also very moist! Looking to try something new? Try this!





INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 package of pork stuffing
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 onion, chopped
Sauce:
  • 24 oz beef gravy
  • 8 oz sour cream
DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Mix ground beef, stuffing, eggs, water and onion together with your hands. Line a 13 by 9 inch pan with foil.
  3. Form into 32 meatballs, and place into lined pan
  4. bake for 20 minutes or until it is no longer pink
  5. Mix gravy and sour cream together on the stove top.
  6. Serve over noodles!
