Recipe #83 Jalapeno Popper Dip

For my fiance's birthday we had a small group of friends over and our one friend made this dip and it was to die for! It isn't spicy so don't worry about that. It tastes better with Ritz crackers but anything will work just fine for this! This is a must try!



INGREDIENTS:

  • 7 slices of bacon, cooked cripsy and chopped
  • 2 (8oz) cream cheese, soft
  • 1 cup of mayo
  • 4 jalapeno's, chopped and deseeded
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onion
Topping:
  • 1 cup of crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix everything together except the crackers, parmesan cheese and butter.
Transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish.
Mix the crushed crackers, parmesan cheese and melt butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until the top is brown and bubbly
